What are my shipping options?

For our international shipments, we rely on EMS Express. Your order is expected to arrive within 5-14 business days, but please be aware that transit delays or customs held at your local office may extend the delivery time. It's important to note that shipping times are calculated from the fulfillment date, not the order placement date. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.  Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order.

If it has been more than 14 days and your order hasn't arrived, kindly get in touch with us at designbyblanka@gmail.com to review the status.

How can I monitor the progress of my order?

 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received it yet, please reach out to us at designbyblanka@gmail.com with your order number and email address. We're here to assist you.

Will I be responsible for international taxes and duties?

The total value of your order may subject it to import tax and duty. Blanka Jewelry does not collect payment for these charges, and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost. All responsibilities associated with import tax and duties fall solely on the recipient.

Does the jewelry have a warranty?

Blanca Jewelry items are covered by a thirty (30) day warranty from the date of purchase, provided that your jewelry has been worn under standard conditions, remains unaltered, and has not suffered accidental breakage, damage, exposure to chemicals, or excessive moisture/water.

What is your refund policy?

We understand that each Blanka Jewelry piece is unique. As a small independent brand, we, unfortunately, cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, in the unlikely event that your items are found to be defective, we're delighted to extend store credit for your future purchases.

Please ensure any claims regarding defective items are submitted immediately and within 7 days of receiving the goods. For more details, reach out to us at designbyblanka@gmail.com.
